As an apolitical and neutral entity, GYWC strives to highlight the actions and contributions of young changemakers. We do not endorse or support political, religious, or ideological agendas.

By registering for the Global Youth Workers Conference (GYWC), all participants, partners, and speakers agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Event Modifications: The organizers reserve the right to alter the event’s agenda, speakers, or location. In case of changes, we will make every effort to promptly inform all attendees.
2. Personal Conduct: Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally throughout the event. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event.
3. Liability: The organizers are not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to persons or property during the event. This includes, but is not limited to, losses caused by theft, fire, weather conditions, or accidents.
4. Photography and Recording: By attending the event, you agree to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. Your image may be used in any media, including for commercial purposes.
5. Health and Safety: All attendees must comply with the health and safety guidelines set by the organizers. Non-compliance may lead to removal from the event.
6. Data Protection: Personal information collected during registration will be used exclusively for event organization purposes and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
7. Force Majeure: The organizers are not responsible for any failure to meet their obligations due to circumstances beyond their control.
